IL 57 Crash Injures Quincy Man

A rear end collision on Illinois 57 at Lew Court at 3:05 Thursday afternoon results in a trip to the hospital for a Quincy man and a traffic charge for a Hannibal woman. The Adams County Sheriff’s department says a car driven by 49 year old Lesa Fekete of Hannibal struck a car driven by 42 year old Jeremy Palmer of Quincy as Palmer was stopped to turn onto Lew Court. Palmer was taken to Blessing Hospital. Fekete is charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
