A Philadelphia man charged with the murder of a Hannibal man appeared in court Friday.

34-year-old Bradley Tierney appeared before Judge John Jackson in Marion County Circuit Court. Judge Jackson set a preliminary hearing for Tierney for December 14.

Tierney is charged with second degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with the death of 35-year-old Ronald Goodrich October 15.

Tierney is alleged to have shot Goodrich to death in the parking lot of Prime Time Auto Sales after an argument between the two the day before.

Tierney is in the Marion County Jail on $1-million dollars cash only bond.
