On Wednesday, November 27, 2013, the Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant at 1801 Grace Street, Hannibal, Marion County, Missouri. This is the residence of John Michael Clubine.

During the search warrant, methamphetamine, synthetic marijuana, drug paraphernalia and items believed to be stolen were recovered at the scene. This investigation led to the seizure of over 1 pound of synthetic marijuana.

Clubine was taken to the Marion County Sheriff’s Department and placed on a 24 hour hold.

The Task Force was assisted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, the Missouri State Highway Patrol Special Weapons and Tactics Team, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control.

More arrests are pending.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Arrested: John Michael Clubine: white male; DOB: 11/05/83; 30 YOA; 1801 Grace Street, Hannibal, Missouri; charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
