A St. Louis man who installed a surveillance system after his home repeatedly was burglarized may be having second thoughts after police say it recorded him dealing drugs while armed.
On Friday, July 24, officers with the Hannibal Police Department arrested 31-year-old Joseph J. Richardson on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and 2 counts of Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
On Tuesday October 21st, Detectives with the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit received information that illegal narcotics had been transported from a residence in Hannibal and were being hidden at a residence in Ralls County.
