A large number of illegal drug-related arrests were announced at the Hannibal Police Department during a morning press conference of August 26. Hannibal Police say an important element to the successful arrests of these individuals is a positive working relationship between the Hannibal Police Department and the Marion County Prosecuting Office and Ralls County Prosecuting Office.
On Wednesday (1/15, 2014) night, Detectives assigned to the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in the 2500 block of Hope St.
On the morning of December 27, the Adams County Sheriff's Office and Quincy Police Department conducted simultaneous search warrants. As a result of the searches, five people were arrested on various drug charges.
The West Central Illinois Task Force conducted two meth raids Tuesday morning. The first raid occurred at 1512 S. Eighth Street in Quincy. The second at 5418 Town and Country Drive just south of Quincy. The Adams County Sheriffs Office Special Response Team was utilized to execute both search warrants.
