Two Meth Raids Result in Five Arrests

The West Central Illinois Task Force conducted two meth raids Tuesday morning. The first raid occurred at 1512 S. Eighth Street in Quincy. The second at 5418 Town and Country Drive just south of Quincy. The Adams County Sheriffs Office Special Response Team was utilized to execute both search warrants.

Arrested on Eighth Street were residents Rolland D. Luckett, age 29 and Tatiana M. Robertson, age 36. Luckett and Robertson were both arrested for Aggravated Unlawful Participation in Methamphetamine Production, Methamphetamine Related Child Endangerment, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Manufacturing Material, and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Luckett and Robertson were both transported to the Adams County Jail were they remain lodged. Master Sargeant Patrick Frazier of the West Central Illinois Task Force advised the charges are aggravated on Luckett and Robertson due to a child living in the residence were meth was being manufactured. Frazier advised the child was in school at the time of the raid.

The second search warrant at 5418 Town and Country Drive resulted in the arrest of residents Corey D. Platt, age 34, Brianna J. Platt, age 26, and Kenneth M. Silman, age 30. Corey Platt, Brianna Platt, and Silman were all arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Corey Platt and Prianna Platt also were also arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursor. Corey Platt, Brianna Platt, and Silman were all transported to the Adams County Jail were they remain lodged. Two small children that were present in the home were turned over to family members.

The West Central Illinois Task Force was assisted in the warrants by the Adams County Sheriffs Office, the Quincy Police Department, the Department of Children and Family Service, and the Illinois State Police Methamphetamine Response Team.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
