Graham Pleads Guilty to Child Pornography Charges

A Camp Point man pleads guilty to child pornography charges as part of a plea deal in Adams County Circuit Court Thursday.

18 year old Logan Graham entered the plea to two counts of possession of child pornography, with charges of solicitation of child porn and criminal sexual abuse dropped.

Graham was alleged to have had sexual contact with a juvenile between the ages of 13 and 17, along with having lewd photos of the juvenile.

As a result of the plea deal, Graham gets 30 months’ probation, the first year of which would be served in the Adams County Jail with release for work and counseling. He would also be subject to GPS monitoring for two years.

Graham will officially be sentenced October. 2nd.
