Four Prostitution Related Arrests in Hannibal

Hannibal Police report a series of prostitution arrests this week.

An undercover officer made contact Wednesday with 22-year-old Shaienne Lewis of Hannibal outside a residence in the 1000 block of North Sixth. During the course of her arrest, officers found a small bag of a substance believed to be methamphetamine. Officers on Wednesday also made contact with 32-year-old Jammie Conners of Quincy at Huckleberry Park. Conners was arrested for prostitution. During the arrest process, a male associate—37-year- old Michael Gay of Quincy was located in the area. He was found in possession of drug paraphernalia. Undercover officers on Thursday made contact with 37-year-old Christina Ratliff at a business in the 3600 block of Stardust resulting in her arrest for prostitution. All four arrestees were released pending reviews by the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.
