Former Knox County Sheriff Faces Firearms Charges
The former sheriff of Knox County, Missouri is in more trouble with the law.
Robert Becker of Rutledge is now charged with pursuit of wildlife illegally and unlawful use of a weapon.
Becker is alleged to have gone quail hunting with his brother and his son last December 26th when he was observed discharging his firearm while standing in or next to a roadway.
Earlier in December, Becker pleaded guilty to domestic assault and sexual abuse. Becker got two years probation, was required to register as a sex offender and resigned as sheriff.
