Hannibal Man on Domestic Assault, Kidnapping Charges

A Sunday domestic disturbance leads to the arrest of a Hannibal man.

Marion County deputies responded to a report of a domestic incident Sunday in the 1300 block of Lyon Street.

The deputy was told by a 25 year old female that her husband had held her against her will and threatened her with a handgun.

Hannibal Police were called, and the investigation resulted in the arrest of 26 year old Brandon Foutes of Hannibal on charges of domestic assault, kidnapping, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

A criminal arrest warrant from the 10th Judicial Circuit was issued Monday morning.
Foutes’ bond was set at $100,000 cash only. He is lodged in the Marion County Jail.
