Drug Trafficking Arrest on I-72 in Scott County IL

A traffic stop on I-72 eastbound at mile post 48 in Scott County results in a drug arrest.
Illinois State Police stopped a truck for a traffic violation at 11:30 Monday night. Troopers say they observed indicators of criminal behavior. An Illinois State Police K-9 unit alerted on illegal drugs in the vehicle and a search uncovered nearly 60 pounds of cannabis. The driver—42 year old Donnie Huffman of Cave Junction Oregon was taken into custody for cannabis trafficking… possession and possession with intent to deliver. West Central Illinois Task Force agents assisted in the arrest.
