A Curryville man accused of threatening his family with a gun will be back in court Wednesday. 59-year-old James Dougherty is charged with armed criminal action, domestic assault and 17 counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.    Dougherty was arrested after authorities said they got a 9-1-1 call September 6th of a suspect threatening his family.    Investigators said they seized a 30-caliber machine gun, other weapons, a silencer and a bulletproof vest.
