The disciplinary hearing against a Quincy veterinarian that had been scheduled to start Tuesday in Chicago was cancelled.

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation was supposed to hear testimony on a 15 count complaint against 67 year old Dr. Andrew Kaiser.

The complaint included three counts of alleged unprofessional conduct.
The hearing has not been rescheduled, but witnesses who were supposed to testify at the hearing told KHQA that Kaiser had pleaded guilty to all charges and that his license would be revoked for three years.

Kaiser is the owner of the Katherine Road Animal Hospital. Until last year, he ran the Quincy Animal Shelter until his contract with the city was discontinued.

Kaiser still faces Adams County charges of animal cruelty, with a jury trial scheduled for April 10th.
