Hannibal Police Investigates Animal Cruelty Case
The Hannibal Police Department needs your help in their investigation into an apparent case of animal cruelty and abuse.
Police were called to the 2900 block of Market Street regarding a cat who had been shot with an arrow and who had numerous other visible wounds.
The cat is currently being treated by a local veterinarian. Its prognosis is not yet known.
