Charges Expected Following Incident at a Quincy Area Trailer Park

A Quincy woman will face charges following a weekend incident in a Quincy area trailer park.

Adams County State’s Attorney Gary Farha says his office plans to charge a Quincy woman with aggravated assault following an incident Sunday evening. Authorities identify 32 year old Sarah Mayfield as the woman who displayed a weapon during an altercation with a tow truck operator called to Rancho Vista Trailer Park. The tow truck was called for an illegally parked vehicle. Mayfield posted bond following her arrest by Adams County Sheriff’s deputies.
