Second degree murder and armed criminal action charges against a Philadelphia Missouri man are dropped.
The move was made by the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. A spokesperson for the Attorney General says they are continuing to review the file against Bradley Tierney in the shooting death of Ron Goodrich in Hannibal in October of 2015. Goodrich was found in a parking lot in the 2000 block of Broadway in Hannibal. He later died at the hospital. The dismissal comes as the case was to go to trial this week in Macon County.
