Carl Goldberg Pleads Not Guilty to Killing His Father
A Las Vegas man accused of killing his father last year in Hannibal was arraigned in Marion County Court Friday.
Carl Goldberg entered a not guilty plea to charges of second degree murder and armed criminal action.
Goldberg is alleged to have shot his father, 84 year old Carl Maxwell, twice with a crossbow and leaving him in a freezer.
A preliminary hearing for Goldberg was set for February 22nd.
