There is much happening in the Hannibal business community these days.

Tuesday, May 13 brings a Hannibal Chamber of Commerce Business Before Hours event, hosted by U.S. Cellular. The event runs from 7-9 a.m. and features not only the usual food and networking, but also information from U.S. Cellular about business applications for their services.

Also on Tuesday, the James E. Cary Cancer Center hosts a construction open house from 5-7 p.m., giving the public a chance to see progress on the installation of the center's new radiation vault. Homemade pie and ice cream will also be a part of the event.

Also this week, Game On Sports Bar has its official ribbon cutting Friday, May 16 at 4 p.m.

Ribbon cuttings coming in June include Access Physical Therapy, Twisted Juniper Yoga and Plowman and Associates.
