Gordman’s to Open Thursday in Hannibal

Doors will open at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, June 27 at Gordman's, Hannibal's newest department store.  The Hannibal Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-ceremony to commemorate the event.

Gordman's is located in the Huck Finn Shopping Center.  It's a welcome addition to Hannibal, which doesn't have a lot of options for department store-style shopping.  The first 100 people through the door will get a free insulated totes.  Other giveaways are planned for opening day.

At its opening, Gordman's will donate $1,000 to Hannibal High School.
