Budget Time for Hannibal

Hannibal's City Council meets tonight. Council members hear second readings of ordinances to approve the city budget and related items for the coming fiscal year. Also up for a second reading is an ordinance nominating property at 311 North Sixth to become an individual local historic landmark and an ordinance accepting the plat of Sleep Inn Hotel.
