Hannibal City Council Discusses Zoning Change on Market

Hannibal City Council members are considering a zoning change.
Councilmen Tuesday night heard first reading of an ordinance requesting a change for three mobile home parks along Market from commercial to mobile home zoning. Hannibal Council members also heard a first reading of an ordinance to annex land next to Veteran’s Elementary School. Plans are in the works to build a dental office at that location. Second readings on these ordinances are expected at the next council meeting in two weeks.
