Back Hoe Traffic Stop in Quincy

(QUINCY)—A Quincy man faces several charges after he was pulled over by Quincy Police while driving a back hoe early Sunday morning.

Quincy Police say 49-year-old William Minor of Quincy was observed driving the backhoe north on Fourth Street at 2:10 Sunday morning. Police say Minor had no slow moving vehicle emblem on the backhoe and did not signal a turn.

A traffic stop at 9th and College determined that Minor did not have a valid driver’s license and a search turned up meth, items used to make meth and drug paraphernalia in the back hoe.

Minor was arrested for DUI and taken to the Adams County Jail.
