Arrests in Fowler Vehicle Burglaries

A Quincy man and a juvenile face charges following their arrests Thursday by Adams County Sheriffs deputies.
20 year old Austin Sherfy was arrested following an investigation into several vehicle burglaries in the Fowler area on Wednesday. Sherfy is charged with use of a stolen credit card and possession of stolen property. The male juvenile is charged with burglary to a vehicle, unlawful use of stolen credit cards, possession of stolen property and possession of a stolen firearm. Deputies say stolen credit cards were used to purchase items at several stores in the Quincy area. Sherfy was taken to the Adams County Jail. The juvenile was taken to the Youth Home.
