Here we go again.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for northeast Missouri and western Illinois from noon until midnight Thursday.

Forecasters say rain with change over to a mix of freezing rain, sleet and light snow. Temperatures will drop from the mid 50s to the mid 20s through the day, causing any moisture to freeze on surfaces. They say the ice will result in very slippery conditions on sidewalks, roads and bridges.

A light glaze of ice is expected with little if any snow accumulation.

After a slight chance of snow Thursday night, it's back in the deep freeze, with highs barely in the 20s through Sunday.
