Washington State Man Faces Drug Charges in Ralls County

A Washington State man is in custody on drug related charges.

Hannibal Police say officers with their Anti Crime Enforcement Squad located a man sleeping in a car Wednesday on a parking lot in the 4100 block of Market. As officers contacted 43 year old Montley Fripp of Bremerton Washington they observed a drug pipe in plain view. A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded a large quantity of marijuana. Fripp was arrested by Hannibal Police for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fripp is in custody on a 24 hour hold in the Ralls County Jail pending formal issuance of warrants.
