(EDINA)—A change of venue is granted in a Knox County murder case. The second degree murder trial of 59 year old Glen Head of Novelty will be heard in Clark County.

He’s accused of second degree murder and armed criminal action in the shooting death of 67 year old Bill Bacon. Head has entered a not guilty plea to the charges and is free on bond.

Initial reports say that Head and Bacon had an ongoing dispute over whether a county road was opened or closed. A probable cause statement filed with the criminal charges says Bacon contacted the Knox County Sheriff's Office to complain that someone was trespassing on his property.
