Two Teenagers Arrested for Palmyra Vehicle Break-Ins
A month-long investigation into a rash of car break-ins in Palmyra results in the arrest of two teenagers Wednesday.
Palmyra Police Chief Eddie Bogue reports the arrests of 19-year-old Erik Flamm and 17-year-old Isaac Swarnes, both of Philadelphia on theft charges.
The two are alleged to have taken cash, credit cards and other valuables from a number of unlocked vehicles in Palmyra over the last month. The two then reportedly used the credit cards to purchase fuel and other items.
Flamm and Swarnes are in the Marion County Jail on $25,000 bond.
