Two More COVID-19 Related Deaths in Adams County Friday

The Adams County Health Department Friday reported two more COVID-19 related deaths.

The latest coronavirus fatalities are both males, one in his 70s and the other in his 80s, bringing the death toll to 24.

Officials also revealed 80 new confirmed cases COVID-19, 31 males and 49 females from age zero to their 80s.

That boosts the total Adams County coronavirus count to 2,157, with 243 active cases, 46 hospitalized from their 20s to their 90s, 8 in intensive care and now 24 deaths.

The preliminary seven-day positivity rate for cases as a percent of total tests rises slightly to 12.84%.
