(QUINCY)—Use of a search warrant by West Central Illinois Task Force agents in the northwest part of Quincy Monday evening results in two methamphetamine related arrests.

A search of a house at 606 Maple resulted in the discovery of a shake and bake meth lab along with chemicals used in the manufacture of meth. A resident of that house, 56-year-old Daniel Bottorff, was arrested along with 28-year-old Matthew Schroder. Both were taken to the Adams County Jail on several meth related charges.

Quincy Police, Quincy Firefighters and the Illinois State Police Meth Response team assisted task force agents.
