Two ATV Crashes Wednesday in Northeast Missouri

(UNDATED)—Missouri Highway Patrol troopers report two separate ATV crashes Wednesday. Troopers were called to Marion County Road 408—three and a half miles north of Hannibal at 5:30 p-m. Investigators say 14 year old Kaitlynn Tharp was operating an ATV when she made a right turn… hit a bump in the roadway and was thrown from the ATV. Tharp was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital by private vehicle.

An ATV crash at 9 p-m a half mile south of Shelbina injures two. The Highway Patrol says the ATV accelerated.. hit a culvert and overturned. 31 year old Casi Rubison and three year old Grant Rubison were taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment of minor injuries after they were thrown from the ATV.
