Two Arrests in Hannibal Vehicle Burglaries

Hannibal Police report two arrests Saturday following an investigation into several vehicle break-ins.

Police say 17-year-old Blake Roberts and 17-year-old Heather Carter broke into several vehicles and removed credit cards, cash and clothing. Roberts and Carter were taken to the Marion County Jail on a 24 hour hold pending formal issuance of warrants.
