Two Arrests Follow Hannibal Shots Fired Call

A shots fired report Friday to Hannibal Police leads to two arrests.

Hannibal Police were called to the 1700 block of Dean Avenue Friday afternoon where they discovered that 27-year-old Eric Pulsifer of Hannibal had fired a hand gun into the woods and towards residences in the Johnson Street area. Pulsifer was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail.

Police also report the arrest of 18-year-old Heather Carter for interfering with the investigation. Carter was released pending a warrant.

Police say a nine millimeter handgun was recovered and seized.
