Tri-State Housing Summit Thursday in Hannibal

Officials from throughout the tri-state region converge on Hannibal Thursday to discuss housing issues.

The Tri-State Housing Task Force Summit meets at the Y-Men’s Pavilion, with a number of speakers on hand.

The keynote is Deb Brown, co-founder of save your dot town, an organization that helps small towns build a brighter future.

The Tri-State Housing Summit runs from 9 until noon Thursday. It’s co-sponsored by the Northeast Community Action Corporation, Two Rivers Regional Council of Public Officials, Southeast Iowa Regional Planning Commission, Tri-State Development Summit and Neighbor Works America.
