A traffic stop on a car reported stolen in Hannibal yields three arrests.

West Central Illinois Task Force agents,  Adams County Sheriff’s Deputies and Quincy Police conducted the stop Authorities say this led to the seizure of a shake and bake meth lab. Task Force agents say the driver--25 year old Heather Lewis of Quincy and passengers 33 year old Charles Crosby of rural Liberty and Wendy Richie of Quincy were found in possession of the meth lab during a vehicle search. Lewis, Crosby and Richie were taken to the Adams County Jail. All three face Class X felony charges of Unlawful Participation in Methamphetamine Production and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Manufacturing Materials. Lewis is also charged with Unlawful Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Obstruction of Justice, and an Adams County warrant for failure to appear on a theft case. Crosby was also charged with Methamphetamine Precursor and Adams County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance. Richie faces an additional charge of Methamphetamine Precursor.
