Three Arrested for Illegal Dumping in Ralls County

(HANNIBAL)—Three Hannibal residents face charges in Ralls County following complaints of illegal dumping this spring.

Ralls County Sheriff’s deputies say complaints were received May 2nd involving dumping of hundreds of scrap tires on Lemgri Place, Orchard Road, Pershing Road and Warren Barrett Drive. Felony warrants were issued earlier this month for Dustin Smith, Lester Hirner and Michael Hirner of Hannibal.

Deputies say Smith is incarcerated in Audrain County and that an arrest warrant has been served on Lester Hirner.  Deputies say Michael Hirner hasn’t been located yet. If you have information on his whereabouts, contact the Ralls County Sheriff’s office.
