The Pack the Park camping weekend continues through tomorrow at Wakonda State Park at LaGrange. The weekend benefits the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.

The annual Champ Clark Heritage Festival happens today on and around the downtown square in Bowling Green through mid afternoon.
The Veteran’s Memorial Monument in Nebo, Illinois will be dedicated today at the park in Nebo beginning at 10 a.m. with a poker run starting at noon.
The Ayerco on Mark Twain Avenue in Hannibal hosts a fund raiser for the Buddy Pack program from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with food and music.
Scott’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Hannibal hosts a block party from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the 1800 block of Hope Street, with food, games and prizes.
The Corps of Engineers and the Mark Twain Lake Sailing Association hosts pirate fun at the M.W. Boudreaux Memorial Visitors Center at Mark Twain Lake from 1 to 8 p.m. today.
The 10th annual Perry Summer Shootout garden tractor pull, “In Amanda’s Honor,” starts at 5 p.m. in Bill Trower Memorial Park in Perry, Missouri, sponsored by the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce.

The first Tate Shade Memorial Bull Bash starts at 7 this evening at the Marion County Fairgrounds in Palmyra. Proceeds benefit the Marion County Junior Fair.
The Senior Citizens Center in Pittsfield hosts a benefit country music show at 7 this evening featuring Jessie and the South. Proceeds benefit senior citizens programs in Pike County and around the area.
