Social Media Post Leads to Animal Abuse Investigation in Hannibal

Hannibal Police continue to investigate an animal abuse case.
Officers were made aware of video on Facebook last week of an animal being abused. The person of interest in the video was located and taken into custody. Police say the individual has been released pending formal charges.
