America is gonna have to change its narrative about Missouri if this is accurate. A brand new study says that one of the nation's most underrated cities is in Missouri and I'm betting even residents there aren't gonna believe it.

Homebay surveyed a ton of people this year asking where they think they'd like to move to and what places are desirable and which ones aren't. One of the questions they asked was what city in the United States is the most underrated. You might want to sit down for the answer.

Do you believe it? St. Louis, Missouri one of the most underrated cities in America. What happened to the narrative that it's the murder capital of America? How ironic that this is the exact point I was trying to make a month ago?

I have long believed that only certain parts of St. Louis are trouble spots while most of the suburbs make the city as a whole a great place to live. Is it dangerous in places? Absolutely. Does St. Louis have a lot of work to do to help groups that don't have great life opportunities to be safer especially? You bet.

But, I think it's very interesting that people that are considering the best places to live seem to view St. Louis as an underrated metro now. How the stories change depending on who you talk to.
