Shelbina Man Faces Sex Charges

A Shelbina man is in custody following his arrest Wednesday by Shelbina Police and the FBI.

54 year old Stephen Bartlett is charged with statutory rape in the first degree… statutory sodomy… child molestation and use of a child in sexual performance. Bartlett is held in the Shelby County Jail on 150-thousand dollars cash only bond.
