Second Arrest Made in Lewis County Break-Ins, Burglaries
A second arrest has been made in connection with a series of burglaries and vehicle break-ins in Lewis County.
According the Sheriff David Parrish, the search of a residence in Canton Wednesday revealed several stolen items and a stolen shot gun.
As a result, 20 year old Joshua Kramer of Quincy was arrested and charged Thursday with stealing a firearm, with more charges pending.
19 year old Quintez Cissna, also of Quincy, had been arrested Wednesday for resisting arrest, receiving stolen property and possession of a stolen firearm.
Kramer is in the Lewis County Jail on $10,000. Cissna is being held without bond.
