Quincy Woman Admits to Stabbing Her Husband

A Quincy woman has admitted to stabbing her husband last October.

36-year-old Heather Riley pleaded guilty to aggravated domestic battery Monday in Adams County Circuit Court.

Quincy Police were called to the Riley’s residence at 1606 Van Buren last October 4. Officers found 40-year-old Jason Riley with a stab wound to his left shoulder.

Heather Riley was on probation at the time of the incident.

She is scheduled to be sentenced April 27.
