Quincy Motorcyclist Struck by Pickup

A Quincy man escapes serious injury after he is thrown from his motorcycle in Marion County. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the crash happened on Missouri 6, 4 miles west of Taylor at 4:25 p.m. Friday.

Troopers say 37 year-old Jason Weese was traveling eastbound when his Harley Davidson was struck in the rear by a pickup.  The truck was driven by 25 year-old Kendra Grant of Lewistown.

Weese was ejected from the bike.  He reported minor injuries and went to Hannibal Regional by private auto.  Troopers say Weese was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
