A Quincy man facing attempted murder and other charges following a vehicle pursuit makes a first appearance in court at 10:30 this (TH) morning.
Adams County State’s Attorney Gary Farha says Gaven Steele faces four counts of attempted first degree murder, two counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm, one count of possession of a weapon by a felon and one count of aggravated fleeing. Quincy Police say Steele fired shots at a house in the 900 block of North 11th and shot at officers during a vehicle pursuit early Wednesday morning.
