A vehicle crash in Shelby County Monday results in felony charges against a Quincy man.
Shelbina Police say that while assisting the Missouri State Highway Patrol in the crash investigation an officer discovered individuals involved had contact with underage females prior to the accident at a location in Shelbina. Police say that as the result of the investigation, 27 year old Jacob Almeter of Quincy was arrested for felony endangering the welfare of a child. Almeter is held in the Shelby County Jail on $20,000 bond. Shelbina Police were assisted by Hannibal Police,  Adams County Sheriff’s deputies and the highway patrol.
