Quincy Man Arrested After High Speed Chase Friday
A Quincy man was arrested on multiple charges after a high speed chase Friday afternoon.

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office learned just before 3 p.m. Friday that a Hancock County deputy was in pursuit of a vehicle on Highway 336 at speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour.
An Adams County deputy picked up the chase, conducting a traffic stop at the Highway 24 off ramp.
An on scene investigation resulted in the arrest of 24 year old Johannes Holdiman of Quincy for possession of a controlled substance, DUI cannabis and speeding.
Holdiman was released on a notice to appear. He was also charged in Hancock County for speeding and fleeing to elude.
