Quincy Firefighters Report No Holiday Season Structure Fires

Quincy Fire Department officials say the annual Keep The Wreaths Red campaign ends without a single structure fire.
This is the first time since the campaign’s inception in 2011 that a holiday season has passed in Quincy with no reported fires.  However… the fire department reminds you not to let your guard down now that we are in the winter heating season. Check chimneys and flues and give at least three feet of clear space to space heaters.
