The search of a Palmyra residence Thursday morning results in one arrest on meth-related charges.

According to Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton, officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Dingle Avenue in Palmyra at 8:24 a.m. Thursday.

The search revealed a white crystal substance which tested positive for methamphetamine, marijuana, digital scales, packaging material and prescription pills.

As a result, 45 year old Adam Chamberlain was taken into custody and charged with trafficking of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance.

Chamberlain is in the Marion County Jail on $50,000 cash only bond.
