One Hit By a Car During Hannibal Disturbance

One person is being treated at Hannibal Regional Hospital for injuries sustained when hit by a vehicle during a disturbance. Hannibal Police say the individual was struck shortly after 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon on Hope Street in Hannibal. Hannibal Police say that during the disturbance involving a large number of people a car driven by a 17 year old female from Hannibal drove through the crowd and struck another female. Police say the driver fled the area and was later located and arrested. Hannibal Police say the incident remains under investigation.
