New London Man Dies in ATV Crash Friday

A New London man dies from injuries suffered in an ATV crash on private property on Route A west of New London at 5:50 p.m. Friday.

The Highway Patrol reports 81 year old David Ely was northbound when his ATV rolled down an embankment, throwing him from the vehicle.

Ely was pronounced dead at the scene by Ralls County Coroner Denise Goodwin.
