More New COVID-19 Cases Monday in Adams, Hancock Counties

The Adams County Health Department reported six new confirmed cases of COVID-19 Monday.

The new cases included five women age 10 to 60s and one man in his 20s.

There have now been 809 coronavirus cases in Adams County, with 49 active, eleven hospitalized and two in intensive care.

The seven-day positivity rate now stands at 2.65%.

Elsewhere, the Hancock County Health Department and Memorial Hospital Monday reported one new lab-confirmed case of COVID-19, a male in his 80s who is recovering at home and is not connected to another positive case.

The Hancock County coronavirus total is now 161, with 27 active cases, 132 recoveries and two deaths.
